“OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: Wraparound Facilitation:Wraparound is an intensive, holistic method of engaging with individuals with complex needs (most typically children, youth, and their families) so that they can live in their homes and communities and realize their hopes and dreams. In recent years, wraparound has been most commonly conceived of as an intensive, individualized care planning and management process. Wraparound is not a treatment per se. The wraparound process aims to achieve positive outcomes by providing a structured, creative and individualized team planning process that, compared to traditional treatment planning, results in plans that are more effective and more relevant to the child and family.Assisted 122 children/youth with significant mental health challenges and their families.”

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

“The Organization adopted the provisions of FASB Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 740-10, Income Taxes, relating to accounting for uncertain tax positions on July 1, 2009, which had no significant financial statement impact to the Organization. The Organization recognizes the tax benefit from uncertain tax positions only if it is more likely than not that the tax positions will be sustained on examination by the taxing authorities, based on the technical merits of the position. The tax benefit is measured based on the largest benefit that has a greater than 50% likelihood of being realized upon ultimate settlement. The Organization's income tax returns are subject to possible examination by the taxing authorities until the expiration of the related statutes of limitations. The Organization would recognize interest and penalties related to income tax matters in operating expenses. Management has concluded that there were no uncertain tax positions as of June 30, 2015 and 2014. The Organization is no longer subject to income tax examinations by tax authorities for years ended prior to June 30, 2012.The Organization was incorporated and operates in the State of Oregon which recognizes the 501(c)(3) nonprofit status for state tax purposes.”
