“In the year 2023, world carp inc. Held 4 x major seasonal leadership training conferences so far, 48 x weekly team building alignment seminars, and 10 x volunteer service programs were accomplished throughout the year. Seasonal ledaership conference the winter leadership conference initially started on december 3 until january 5, 2023, that was held in knoxville, tn leaded by the iltp director hyung ki kim. There were 20 participants who joined together. For the beginning of the program, mr. Kim gave an orientation and a message to welcome the new year, followed by a new year's eve celebration where the participants showcase their talents and enjoy the entertainment. The next days each participants gave their testimony about their experience on the recent pilgrimage tour. For the recreation, the participants enjoyed winter sports activities like snowtubing, in addition they also tour the beautiful downtown of knoxville. The spring leadership conference was held at ny/nj family church in north haledon, nj on april 9 to 13, 2023. A total of 17 participants and 3 hq staff gathered on the said event. Carp regional director shogo nakaza has given a presentation about how to build a foundation where young people can commit consistently. He talks about the foundation of faith as one of the important keys to developing personal character. Ms. Cynthia nakai gave her testimony about her long-term service in the community, she has been doing volunteer work since she was in college. Several participants gave their testimony from the previous month of training. For their recreation, the participants visited the statue of liberty in new york city and stopped over to overlook sceneries in new jersey. Summer leadership conference was held in denver, co on july 9 to 16, 2023. A total of 18 participants attended the event including one, the iltp director mr. Hyung ki kim. Before starting the daily schedule, one assistant leader was assigned to open the day. Rev. Michael hentrich, a senior pastor of denver colorado family church was the main speaker of the event. He gave a presentation on some parts of the divine principle, specifically on chapter 2 the fall. This topic talks about how the youth can keep their purity until marriage and develop mature character in creating an ideal family. The h3 trainees were assigned to give a presentation on a certain topic relating to what they have learned from the previous classroom lessons. In the afternoon, participants were going for a half day recreation where they visited various national parks around denver, such as garden of the gods and rocky mountain state park, they also did an adventurous activity like river rafting, and in the evening each participant are giving their testimony from the month of training. Fall leadership conference was held in hurricane, ut from october 8 to 12, 2023. There were 20 participants who joined in the said event. On october 8, iltp attended the nationwide event of ffwpu that was held in las vegas, nv. The keynote speaker was the wife of the late founder of the movement, dr. Hak ja han moon entitled resurgence: hyojeong in the era of true mother's embrace, participated by the rest of young-adult members of ffwpu-usa, after the successful event iltp proceeded to the main event of the conference in hurricane, ut. On october 9, rev. Hentrich gave a zoom presentation tackling the deeper understanding book of the divine principle specifically chapter i: the purpose of creation and chapter ii: the fall. In the evening, each participant had a chance to share their testimony on their previous pilgrimage tour from different cities, everyone guaranteed that they had fun and have learned a lot from their experiences. For the recreation, they visited 2 beautiful national parks in the area, which the zion national park in springdale, ut, and bryce canyon national park in tropic, ut.
