In conformity with the above determination, the board shall make its decision as to whether to enter into the contract, transaction, or arrangement.”

Ymca of greater seattle acquires seattle market and comparable industry compensation data. At the hire of a ceo, the compensation package goes to the board for approval. The ceo salary is approved by the board. This was last performed in 2023. The hr committee of the board of directors engages a consultant to perform a compensation survey and evaluates the compensation of senior leadership management positions, including: *svp/chief financial officer”
