Mission

The association's mission shall be to improve the competence of total rewards professionals; to raise the standards of performance in all phases of compensation administration and management; to provide a forum whereby helpful information, suggestions, policies, plans, and ideas can be exchanged; to provide continuing professional development opportunities; and to promote active participation in any movement, as approved by the board of directors or the association as a whole, which will tend to improve the methods, practices, and laws governing total rewards administration.
