“The external accounting firm prepares the form 990 and supplemental schedules as soon as possible and forwards a draft of the return to the executive director and governing board for review. The executive director receives all board members' comments (if any) and relays them to the cpa firm for answers. Once the executive director and board has approved the 990 and supplemental schedules instructions are given to the external accouting firm to prepare a final version of the return for signature or electronic filing. The executive director recieves an electronic copy of the return for record keeping. Every effort will be made to file the return in a timely manner with the internal revenue service.”

“Collaborated with partners to host state-of-the-art stem/steam learning facilities in north, northeast portland, gresham, and beyond.strengthened strategic supportive partnerships with public, private and faith-based entities to help plan, develop, and implement culturally relevant steam programming for bipoc students.monitored and evaluated progress with coalition and partner programs, and advocated for continued improvement in terms of quality, access, and increased participation. Assisted coalition partners to align stem/steam programs and culturally-responsive instructional practices to support all partners.created and supported effective programming for students of color of all ages, from pre-k 12th graders. Assisted partners to provide no-cost, low cost programming in schools, after school, on weekends and during the summer.ne steam coalition provided steam programming to youth and families, prioritizing bipoc individuals. It also served as a convener and advocate for over 20 organizations and individuals around bipoc steam access and creating a bipoc steam ecosystem.”
