Statement of Program Service Accomplishments-In 2023, Xcelerate provided our highest impact direct services to 181 women-owned businesses with $26.9M in gross revenues and collectively employing 537 Oregonians. 52% of Business Advising and Peer Mentorship participants this year were women of color and 44% identified as LGBTQ+, immigrant/refugees, disabled/impaired, or single moms. We also delivered educational workshops, panels, and events to 375 community members across the State, for a total of 1,909 service interactions. 139 women received 342 hours of Business Advising services, a complementary trio of one-on-one programs that includes expert Coaching, Legal Guidance, and Mental Wellness Support. 42 women participated in 450 hours of facilitated Peer Mentorship, small groups of 4-6 business owners curated by growth stage and focused on goal setting, accountability, and problem solving in-community. 375 community members attended virtual, in-person, and hybrid Educational Workshops, Panel Conversions & Events. Mission Statement-Xcelerate is a transformative community that supports Oregons women business owners on their journeys to success through business advising, peer mentorship, and growth education. Our programs help women increase self-efficacy and overcome internal and external barriers to create economic power, build generational wealth, and positively impact their communities.

IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt6Statement of Program Service Accomplishments-In 2023, Xcelerate provided our highest impact direct services to 181 women-owned businesses with $26.9M in gross revenues and collectively employing 537 Oregonians. 52% of Business Advising and Peer Mentorship participants this year were women of color and 44% identified as LGBTQ+, immigrant/refugees, disabled/impaired, or single moms. We also delivered educational workshops, panels, and events to 375 community members across the State, for a total of 1,909 service interactions. 139 women received 342 hours of Business Advising services, a complementary trio of one-on-one programs that includes expert Coaching, Legal Guidance, and Mental Wellness Support. 42 women participated in 450 hours of facilitated Peer Mentorship, small groups of 4-6 business owners curated by growth stage and focused on goal setting, accountability, and problem solving in-community. 375 community members attended virtual, in-person, and hybrid Educational Workshops, Panel Conversions & Events. Mission Statement-Xcelerate is a transformative community that supports Oregons women business owners on their journeys to success through business advising, peer mentorship, and growth education. Our programs help women increase self-efficacy and overcome internal and external barriers to create economic power, build generational wealth, and positively impact their communities.
