Statement of Program Service Accomplishments-Xcelerate is a transformative community that supports Oregons women and gender expansive business owners on their journeys to success through business advising, peer mentorship, growth education, and navigation services. Our programs help women increase their self-efficacy and overcome internal and external barriers to create economic power, build generational wealth, and positively impact their communities. In 2022, Xcelerate provided gender and culturally competent direct services to 406 women-owned businesses valued at $31.3M and collectively employing 577 Oregonians. 45% of owners served were women of color. 34% of participants represented LGBTQIA+, disabled, immigrant, and single mother communities. 44% made under $60K per annum for an average family of 2.5 individuals.Business Advising tackles internal and external barriers through one-on-one coaching, legal guidance, and mental health support. In 2022, 168 women received 345 hours of one-on-one coaching, 11 women received 12 hours of previously unattainable legal guidance, and 10 women received mental health support to manage anxiety, overwhelm, and build coping skills. Peer Groups are a facilitated space for owners to share struggles and successes, collaborate and ideate set goals and hold each other accountable in community. 75 women participated in 6 facilitated peer mentor groups in 2022. Educational workshops build meaningful skills in topics like strategy/mindset, HR/leadership, financial management, operations, and sales/marketing. In 2022, 100 owners, coaches, and staff participated in educational workshops and trainings, including Trauma Informed Coaching.156 women received Navigation services delivered in the form of discovery sessions, phone interviews, introductions, and referrals to other organizations in the economic development ecosystem in 2022. Mission Statement-Xcelerate is a transformative community that supports Oregons women business owners on their journeys to success through business advising, peer mentorship, and growth education. Our programs help women increase self-efficacy and overcome internal and external barriers to create economic power, build generational wealth, and positively impact their communities.

IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt7Statement of Program Service Accomplishments-Xcelerate is a transformative community that supports Oregons women and gender expansive business owners on their journeys to success through business advising, peer mentorship, growth education, and navigation services. Our programs help women increase their self-efficacy and overcome internal and external barriers to create economic power, build generational wealth, and positively impact their communities. In 2022, Xcelerate provided gender and culturally competent direct services to 406 women-owned businesses valued at $31.3M and collectively employing 577 Oregonians. 45% of owners served were women of color. 34% of participants represented LGBTQIA+, disabled, immigrant, and single mother communities. 44% made under $60K per annum for an average family of 2.5 individuals.Business Advising tackles internal and external barriers through one-on-one coaching, legal guidance, and mental health support. In 2022, 168 women received 345 hours of one-on-one coaching, 11 women received 12 hours of previously unattainable legal guidance, and 10 women received mental health support to manage anxiety, overwhelm, and build coping skills. Peer Groups are a facilitated space for owners to share struggles and successes, collaborate and ideate set goals and hold each other accountable in community. 75 women participated in 6 facilitated peer mentor groups in 2022. Educational workshops build meaningful skills in topics like strategy/mindset, HR/leadership, financial management, operations, and sales/marketing. In 2022, 100 owners, coaches, and staff participated in educational workshops and trainings, including Trauma Informed Coaching.156 women received Navigation services delivered in the form of discovery sessions, phone interviews, introductions, and referrals to other organizations in the economic development ecosystem in 2022.
