Trinity Place, Inc. evaluates uncertain tax positions, if any exist, under this provision. Trinity Place, Inc. accounts for uncertainty of income taxes based on a "more-likely-than-not" threshold for the recognition and de-recognition of tax positions, which includes the accounting for interest and penalties relating to tax positions.
