“The form 990 is prepared by deloitte tax llp, an outside accounting firm. It is then reviewed by unversalgiving's ceo, coo, and manager of operations and finance. It is then passed off to the finance committee on the unversalgiving board, who reviews it to ensure the highest quality, detail, and thoroughness, as well as to ensure it represents our mission and activities with clarity. A complete copy of form 990 is made available to all board members prior to filing.”
