“Heartmatters offers an in-school program that provides character development and digital media safety education for pre-k through 12th-grade students throughout green country. Classes are also provided for other groups, which include home school groups, children and youth non-profit organizations, and after-school programs. Heartmatters believes that an upstanding character builds confidence in our children and youth to make informed decisions as they navigate the difficulties they face in today's online world. Instructors facilitate classroom management through our exclusive curricula to: establish a healthy balance between digital and real life equip students with tools to protect and control their digital reputation encourage students to take a stand against digital drama through upstanding character engage students by using tools to proactively protect themselves from dangerous online content and potential predators this program currently serves 4000 students in nowata, osage, rogers, and washington counties. The heartmatters app launched in 2024 and is now present in 22 countries, with 1,000-plus subscribers. This gives us a global space to help educate children, youth, parents, and anyone interested in staying safe online. An added benefit of the app is the biblical component, which helps share with viewers the hope we have in christ. The app includes entertainment for the entire family, including audio dramas, short films, safety with ryan documentaries, podcasts, bible stories, healthy hearts, and soon-to-be- released jungle elementary. Heartmatters provides interactive, hands-on workshops focused on skill- building to keep children and youth safe online. The workshops are available for parent groups, educators, organizations, churches, etc.”
