Part II, Line 5-summarized Policy

Reporting, updating, monitoring and adaptive management: there are four primary processes involved in the tracking of the implementation and ensuring the success of the sjmscp, an annual reporting of acreage, type and location of habitat converted from open space to non-open space; uses and accounting of the total preserve acres acquired pursuant to the sjmscp for each calendar year and biological report to determine if management and enhancement of the preserve system and other mitigation are meeting the conservation goals for the sjmscp covered species. Sjmscp compliance mentoring is done to ensure procedures required by the sjmscp are being implemented as adopted. An adaptive management plan is also established as a mechanism for refining conservation techniques used in the sjmscp when informaiton gathered in the sjmscp's monitoring program or from other sources indicates that such techniques being used by the sjmscp are ineffective or could be made more effective. Part ii, line 9-organization of conservation easements land and conservation easements are recorded in the capital assets section of the statement of net assets in the annual comprehensive financial report of the san joaquin council of governments. Blended ocmponent unit sjcog, inc. Is a not-for-profit public corporation. The san joaquin council of governments is financially responsible for sjcog, inc. SJMSCP COMPLIANCE MENTORING IS DONE TO ENSURE PROCEDURES REQUIRED BY THE SJMSCP ARE BEING IMPLEMENTED AS ADOPTED.
