Mission

The mission of the hospice foundation is to support hospice & palliative carecenter through sound investment, strong fundraising efforts, and comprehensive stewardship of donors.

The foundation operates in support of hospice & palliative carecenter ("the carecenter") by serving as a supporting organization to solicit funds and invest funds and provide funding for and on behalf of hospice & palliative carecenter.

PART X, LINE 2:

“Management has evaluated the hospice foundation's tax position and concluded that the organization has taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the consolidated financial statements. The hospice foundation files as a tax-exempt organization. Because management has not identified unrelated business income in past years, the hospice foundation has not filed form 990-t, exempt organization business income tax return. As a result, all years are potentially open to review by taxing authorities. Management is not aware of any significant activities that are subject to tax on unrelated business income or excise or other taxes.”
