Prior to submission, all completed form 990s for all corporations were distributed to the st. In addition the relevant forms were distributed electronically to all members of the villa corporation, st. Joseph's villa board of trustees, the housing corporation board, and the st. Joseph's villa foundation board with a request to respond within a week with any questions, revisions or concerns in order to allow for edits prior to filing the form 990.
