| 1.GENERAL REGISTRATION PROGRAM - DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE HAD TO ADAPT IN THE MIDST OF ANOTHER ELECTION YEAR. ALTHOUGH OUR ACTIVITIES WERE LIMITED, WE REGISTERED ELIGIBLE VOTERS DURING A MUNICIPAL ELECTION YEAR UTILIZING THE FOLLOWING STRATEGIES: WE HELD IN-PERSON VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVES AT COMMUNITY EVENTS, COLLEGES, AND HIGH SCHOOLS. WE ALSO HELD VIRTUAL VOTER REGISTRATION TRAININGS FOR COLLEGE CLASSES AND FOR THE MANY OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WITH WHOM WE PARTNER. WE CREATED AND DISTRIBUTED MULTIPLE HOW-TO PRE-REGISTER AND REGISTER TO VOTE VIDEOS USING OUR ONLINE PLATFORM AND YOUTUBE CHANNEL. WE ALSO SHARED THE VIDEOS WITH OUR HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE AMBASSADORS AND VIA SOCIAL MEDIA TO INCREASE ONLINE VOTER REGISTRATION. AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2021, VOTERISE HAS REGISTERED A TOTAL OF 27,828 POTENTIAL VOTERS 2.IF I RAN THE CITY PROGRAM - THIS WAS CREATED TO INCREASE LOCAL CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AMONG UTAH'S 16-29-YEAR-OLDS AND RAN FROM SEPTEMBER 1-DECEMBER 31 WITH FINALISTS AND WINNERS SELECTED FROM MID-JANUARY THROUGH FEBRUARY 1, 2022. IF I RAN THE CITY WAS A VIDEO CONTEST TARGETED AT YOUTH DESIGNED TO GENERATE MORE INTEREST IN THE MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS OF 2021 AND THEREAFTER. MANY PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY YOUNG PEOPLE, ARE UNAWARE OF THE DEGREE OF IMPACT THAT THE DECISIONS OF LOCAL OFFICIALS HAVE ON OUR DAILY LIVES. ELIGIBLE 16-29-YEAR-OLDS POSTED A 60-90 SECOND VIDEO THROUGH OUR SOCIAL MEDIA HASHTAG IFIRANTHECITY ABOUT AN ISSUE THAT WOULD BE THEIR TOP PRIORITY IF THEY RAN THEIR CITY. THE TOP TEN FINALISTS WON 100. A RANKED CHOICE VOTING PUBLIC VOTE RESULTED IN THREE WINNERS WHO WON FIRST PLACE (1,000), SECOND PLACE (750), AND THIRD PLACE (500) IN ADDITION TO THE PRIZE OF SHADOWING THEIR MAYORS OR CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS TO GET A FIRSTHAND VIEW OF WHAT IT'S LIKE TO ACTUALLY RUN THE CITY. THE GOALS OF THE CAMPAIGN WERE TO 1) RAISE AWARENESS OF THE IMPACT OF CITY LEVEL POLITICS ON THEIR DAILY LIVES, 2) SHOW HOW MUCH THEIR VOICE MATTERS IN DETERMINING THE FUTURE OF THEIR CITY, AND 3) TRANSLATING ACTIVISM TO VOTES IN FUTURE PRIMARIES AND GENERALS. 3.GOTV (GET OUT THE VOTE) PROGRAM TEXT & EMAIL CAMPAIGN FOR PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS SHORTLY BEFORE THE PRIMARY IN AUGUST AND THE GENERAL ELECTION IN NOVEMBER, WE CONTACTED OUR REGISTRANTS BY TEXT OR EMAIL STRESSING THE IMPORTANCE OF THEIR VOTE AND PROVIDING A LINK TO OUR BRANDED CUSTOMIZED VOTER GUIDE DEVELOPED WITH BALLOT READY. THIS GUIDE PROVIDES ALL THE LOGISTICAL INFORMATION NEEDED: DEADLINES, DROP BOX AND IN PERSON LOCATIONS, HOURS OF OPERATION, RACES, AND CANDIDATES WITHOUT ANY ENDORSEMENTS. OCTOBER DOOR HANGER PROJECT IN OCTOBER, WE EXECUTED A NO-CONTACT TRI-COUNTY ENGLISH & SPANISH DOOR HANGER CAMPAIGN IN THREE UTAH COUNTIES: SUMMIT, WEBER, AND SALT LAKE COUNTIES. OUR VOLUNTEERS DISTRIBUTED 17,500 DOOR HANGERS, SPECIFICALLY FOCUSING ON PRECINCTS WITH LOW VOTER TURNOUT RATES IN THE PAST MUNICIPAL ELECTION CYCLES- 2017 AND 2019. THE DOOR HANGERS PROVIDED COUNTY-SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON HOW TO SAFELY RETURN ONE'S BALLOT- AN IMPORTANT ISSUE DURING A TIME OF PUBLIC CONFUSION AND ANXIETY THEY ALSO CONTAINED A VOTER REGISTRATION MECHANISM (QR CODE) THAT LINKED DIRECTLY TO OUR ENGLISH AND SPANISH REGISTRATION PAGES WHICH RESULTED IN SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS. THIS YEAR, WE RECRUITED 139 VOLUNTEERS THAT TARGETED A TOTAL OF 69 PRECINCTS. WE DECIDED TO REPLICATE THE DOOR HANGER PROJECT IN 2021 DUE TO THE SUCCESS OF 2020 WHEREIN WE TARGETED A TOTAL OF 63 PRECINCTS AND ALL BUT ONE EXPERIENCED INCREASED TURNOUT VS 2018. AND, IN EACH OF THE THREE COUNTIES, THE TURNOUT INCREASE IN OUR TARGETED PRECINCT GROUP EXCEEDED THAT OF THE COUNTY AS A WHOLE. | - | $88,238 |

“1.general registration program - due to the covid-19 pandemic, we had to adapt in the midst of another election year. And, in each of the three counties, the turnout increase in our targeted precinct group exceeded that of the county as a whole.”

| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 5 | 1.GENERAL REGISTRATION PROGRAM - DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE HAD TO ADAPT IN THE MIDST OF ANOTHER ELECTION YEAR. |
