| 1.GENERAL REGISTRATION PROGRAM - DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE HAD TO ADAPT IN THE MIDST OF A BIG ELECTION YEAR. ALTHOUGH OUR ACTIVITIES WERE LIMITED, WE REGISTERED 4,561 PEOPLE UTILIZING THE FOLLOWING STRATEGIES: WE HELD IN-PERSON (JANUARY AND FEBRUARY) AND VIRTUAL VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVES IN HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE CLASSROOMS. WE HELD VIRTUAL VOTER REGISTRATION TRAININGS FOR COLLEGE CLASSES AND FOR THE MANY OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WITH WHOM WE PARTNER. WE CREATED AND DISTRIBUTED MULTIPLE HOW-TO PRE-REGISTER AND REGISTER TO VOTE VIDEOS USING OUR ONLINE PLATFORM AND YOUTUBE CHANNEL AND WORKED WITH THE UTAH STATE BOARD OF EDUCATIONTO DISTRIBUTE THEM TO SOCIAL STUDIES TEACHERS FOR USE IN THEIR ONLINE CURRICULUM. WE ALSO SHARED THE VIDEOS WITH OUR HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE AMBASSADORS AND VIA SOCIAL MEDIA TO INCREASE ONLINE VOTER REGISTRATION. VOTERISE REACHED A MAJOR MILESTONE IN JULY WHEN OUR TOTAL REGISTRATIONS SURPASSED 25,000 AND WE ENDED 2020 AT 26,563. 2.2020 CHALLENGE PROGRAM - THIS WAS CREATED IN THE FALL OF 2018 TO INCREASE CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AMONG UTAH WOMEN. UTAH WOMEN WERE THE FIRST IN THE U.S. TO VOTE UNDER EQUAL SUFFRAGE WHICH TOOK PLACE ON FEB. 14TH, 1870 IN SALT LAKE CITY. BUT IN BOTH 2016 AND 2018, U.S. CENSUS DATA SHOWED THAT THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 300,000 WOMEN IN UTAH WHO WERE ELIGIBLE BUT NOT REGISTERED TO VOTE. THE GOAL OF THE 2020 CHALLENGE WAS TO RECRUIT 1,000 WOMEN AND MALE ALLIES AS 2020 CHALLENGE AMBASSADORS WHO EACH COMMITTED TO REGISTER 20 WOMEN. BY THE END OF 2019, WE HAD 500 AMBASSADORS ON BOARD AND, HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THE PANDEMIC, WE WOULD HAVE EASILY REACHED AND MOST LIKELY EXCEEDED OUR GOAL. WE ENDED THE 2020 CHALLENGE WITH 772 AMBASSADORS. IN ORDER TO KEEP THE FOCUS ON THOSE ELIGIBLE-BUT-UNREGISTERED WOMEN, WE INITIATED THE CREATION OF UTAH WOMEN'S VOTER REGISTRATION DAY TO BE CELEBRATED IN PERPETUITY ON FEBRUARY 14TH. OUR RESOLUTION WAS INTRODUCED CONCURRENTLY IN THE UTAH STATE LEGISLATURE ON FEB. 14TH, 2019 AND PASSED BOTH HOUSES UNANIMOUSLY. WHEN GOVERNOR GARY HERBERT SIGNED IT, IT BECAME THE FIRST WOMEN'S VOTER REGISTRATION DAY IN THE NATION. FOR THE FIRST CELEBRATION OF UTAH WOMEN'S VOTER REGISTRATION DAY IN 2020, WE HELD A PRESS CONFERENCE AT THE STATE CAPITOL WITH FEMALE ELECTED OFFICIALS, CONDUCTED 15 VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVES AT HIGH SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES, AND REGISTERED 763 POTENTIAL VOTERS IN ONE WEEK. 3.GOTV (GET OUT THE VOTE) PROGRAM TEXT & EMAIL CAMPAIGN FOR PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS SHORTLY BEFORE THE PRIMARY IN JUNE AND THE GENERAL ELECTION IN NOVEMBER, WE CONTACTED OUR REGISTRANTS BY TEXT OR EMAIL STRESSING THE IMPORTANCE OF THEIR VOTE AND PROVIDING A LINK TO OUR BRANDED CUSTOMIZED VOTER GUIDE DEVELOPED WITH BALLOT READY. THIS GUIDE PROVIDES ALL THE LOGISTICAL INFORMATION NEEDED: DEADLINES, DROP BOX AND IN PERSON LOCATIONS, HOURS OF OPERATION, RACES, AND CANDIDATES WITHOUT ANY ENDORSEMENTS. OCTOBER DOOR HANGER PROJECT OIN OCTOBER, WE EXECUTED A NO-CONTACT TRI-COUNTY ENGLISH & SPANISH DOOR HANGER CAMPAIGN IN 3 UTAH COUNTIES: SUMMIT, WEBER & SALT LAKE COUNTIES. OUR 140 VOLUNTEERS DISTRIBUTED 17,500 DOOR HANGERS, SPECIFICALLY FOCUSING ON PRECINCTS WITH LOW VOTER TURNOUT RATES IN 2018. WE ALSO TARGETED AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMUNITIES WHERE RESIDENT TURNOVER TENDS TO BE HIGH. OTHE DOOR HANGERS PROVIDED COUNTY-SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON HOW TO SAFELY RETURN ONE'S BALLOT- AN IMPORTANT ISSUE DURING A TIME OF PUBLIC CONFUSION & ANXIETY THEY ALSO CONTAINED A VOTER REGISTRATION MECHANISM (QR CODE) THAT LINKED DIRECTLY TO OUR ENGLISH AND SPANISH REGISTRATION PAGES WHICH RESULTED IN SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS. WE TARGETED A TOTAL OF 63 PRECINCTS AND ALL BUT ONE EXPERIENCED INCREASED TURNOUT VS. 2018. AND, IN EACH OF THE THREE COUNTIES, THE TURNOUT INCREASES IN OUR TARGETED PRECINCT GROUP EXCEEDED THAT OF THE COUNTY AS A WHOLE. ON TOP OF THE MANY THINGS WE'VE ACCOMPLISHED THIS YEAR, WE ARE PROUD THAT THE GENERAL ELECTION TURNOUT IN UTAH HAS SHATTERED PREVIOUS RECORDS, WITH 90.1% OF UTAH'S ACTIVE VOTERS SHOWING UP TO VOTE AND MORE THAN 1.5 MILLION UTAHNS CASTING BALLOTS. | - | $97,515 |

“1.general registration program - due to the covid-19 pandemic, we had to adapt in the midst of a big election year. On top of the many things we've accomplished this year, we are proud that the general election turnout in utah has shattered previous records, with”

| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 3 | 1.GENERAL REGISTRATION PROGRAM - DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE HAD TO ADAPT IN THE MIDST OF A BIG ELECTION YEAR. ON TOP OF THE MANY THINGS WE'VE ACCOMPLISHED THIS YEAR, WE ARE PROUD THAT THE GENERAL ELECTION TURNOUT IN UTAH HAS SHATTERED PREVIOUS RECORDS, WITH |
