The tax return review process consists of the accountant providing a copy of completed tax return to the treasurer/director. If anything requires further inquiry of other directors and officers, then the tax return is provided to them for clarification. Any changes that are necessary are communicated to the accountant who then makes the corrections. Upon re-examination of the tax return by the treasurer, and when no furthercorrections are necessary, the tax return is either filed electronically or via a hard copy.

Grants range from $2,500 to $25,000. Funds are to be used for restoration, renovation, lost business, capital, and post flood debt reduction.
