“The organization amended its bylaws in 2018, the following significant changes were made: -section 2.2 qualification. Removes requirement for supermajority of board to approve new members. -3.4 removal. Removes "class a" from director. Adds stipulation that if a member resigns, that member's appointed directors will automatically be removed from the board and any committee or officer positions.”
“The corporation shall have members (all such members, collectively, "members"), as follows: all members shall be considered "class a members" unless otherwise determined by a supermajority of the board.
