Mission

The Sequoia Project is a non-profit, public-private collaborative, that brings together industry and government to advance secure, nationwide, interoperable health data sharing. The company also provides a corporate home for multiple, independently governed initiatives, including the eHealth Exchange, Carequalify and the RSNA Image Share Validation program.

Part X, Line 2:

Healtheway is exempt from the payment of income taxes on its exempt activities under IRC Section 501(c)(3). At December 31, 2024 and 2023, no tax provision was made as Healtheway had no unrelated business income. Management has evaluated Healtheway's tax positions and concluded that there are no significant uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the accompanying financial statements.
