Part X : FIN48 Footnote

“No income tax provision has been made since the corporation is exempt from income taxes under code section 501(c)(4) of the internal revenue service. Effective january 1, 2009, the organization adopted the applicable tax basis provisions of financial accounting standards board's, accounting standards codification 740-10 (formerly fin 48), accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. The organization believes that neither the project nor its nonprofit owners are subject to income taxes.”
