Form 990, Part III, Line 2

(az) fact is wisconsin's youth tobacco prevention program. Focus hosts one of the fact groups in wisconsin. Teens lead activism initiatives, peer-to-peer advocacy, media outreach, and meetings with state and local leaders. Fact is part of the wisconsin tobacco prevention and control program and is managed by the american lung association in wisconsin. Family game night is a program provided by focus to help strengthen the family bond. Families will come to the event, have family conversation, eat a meal together, and receive a free board game to play. The goal of family game night is to educate families on the value of spending quality time together, what quality time looks like, and how that benefits their children. Sas-rcf: sexual assault services utilizes racine community foundation funding to help provide the total range of direct services we provide to sexual assault victims, including crisis intervention, advocacy, therapy, bilingual (spanish) services, alternative healing, and more. We also use this funding for administrative and operational expenses

Our organization discontinued the following programs in 2020: sas-saki, opiate prevention, multihub fast, krw tobacco control, and food frenzy. These may be resumed in future years, whether or not remains to be seen.

PART X, LINE 2:

Focus on community, inc is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, and has been established as a non-profit organization under chapter 181 of the wisconsin statutes. Management continually evaluates expiring statues of limitations, audits, changes in tax law, and new authoritative rulings. The organization has no unrelated business income tax, accrued interest or penalties associated with uncertain tax positions. None of the organization's federal or state informational returns are currently under examination.
