Riverview Apartments entered into a management services agreement with Trempealeau Services, an unrelated non profit organization based in Blair, Wisconsin, for the first four months of 2020, and Allegiant Property Management for the remaining of 2020. Under the agreements, the agencies provided general administrative, consulting, accounting, human resources, and facility management services under the direction of the board of directors of Riverview Apartments.
