An executive committee consisting of the chairman of the board, vice chairman, treasurer, secretary, immediate past chairman, and chief executive officer of the association ("ceo") shall act for the board in the interim between its three yearly meetings, except as otherwise set forth in these bylaws or the act. When matters require the immediate action by the entire board, the executive committee will call for an interim meeting or conference call.
