ALP's primary purpose is to provide educational training for community leadership staff and professionals. Community leadership programs/organizations average three full time staff, including the manager and programmer. Participants learn leadership skills, tackle tough issues in their communities, and become better prepared to enhance the effectiveness of their communities.
