“Untitled artspace is currently undertaking a shift from exhibitions being its primary program to more emphasis on interdisciplinary projects of education and creating a space for investigation and experimentation. This shift does not change our mission, but will enhance our message to a new and growing public. In early 2014 we began the task of renovation of the building, cut our exhibits short, and for the rest of the year we relied mostly on volunteers and in-kind donations to help us through our transformation. We relied mostly on social media as our source of communication and began the push in the print studio programming. Our redesign of programming alters this year's and the next two years of how we operate and approach grant writing and fundraising in a responsible manner. We are currently restructuring our board to fit new curriculum and bringing a more diverse collective. This re-tooling involves the reallocation of space to expand our printmaking facility that includes open studios and an expansion of the mentorship program with high school students from around the city and state. In 2016 our goal is to expand our classes to include the book arts and a marriage of fine art and technology.”
