“Ctsnet is managed by the society of thoracic surgeons (sts). Ctsnet maintains its offices at sts's headquarters at 633 n. Saint clair street, floor 23, chicago, il 60611. Ctsnet and sts have a contract that defines the responsibilities of the management firm. A management fee is negotiated that covers the cost of the ctsnet executive director, support staff, office equipment and office space.”

“Ctsnet is comprised of it's three founding members: society of thoracic surgeons (sts), american association for thoracic surgery (aats), and european association for cardio-thoracic surgery (eacts). In addition, ctsnet has participation agreements in place with over 20 cardiothoracic surgery professional organizations.”
