“Ctsnet is managed by the society of thoracic surgeons (sts). Ctsnet maintains its offices at sts's headquarters at 633 n. Saint clair street, floor 21, chicago, il 60611. Ctsnet and sts have a contract that defines the responsibilities of the management firm. A management fee is negotiated that covers the cost of the ctsnet executive director, support staff, office equipment and office space.”
