Faith-Based Community Initiative Impact Study - A research and case study grant was issued to Biola University to create a survey instrument to assess the activities and impact of congregations who have participated in the University of Southern California - Passing the Mantle (PTM) program on their communities, as well as the influence of PTM on the participating congregations. The survey instrument will consist of approximately 30-40 questions based on IRIS metrics measuring accountability, transparency and impact of the participant's congregation. In addition, the project includes in-depth interview questions for use for filmed and audio-recorded interviews of 10-15 congregational leaders to assess the impact of their activities on their communities, as well as the impact of PTM on the activities of the participating congregations. A preliminary analysis of the survey data will be incorporated into preliminary report. Finally, an analysis of survey data and in-depth interviews will comprehensively assess the impact of the PTM program. This analysis will be summarized in a 15-20 page final report.

IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0Faith-Based Community Initiative Impact Study - A research and case study grant was issued to Biola University to create a survey instrument to assess the activities and impact of congregations who have participated in the University of Southern California - Passing the Mantle (PTM) program on their communities, as well as the influence of PTM on the participating congregations.
