Activity 2

Develop properties and provide administrative support to partner agencies. The organization has developed properties that are leased to partner agencies that provide both low income housing as well as transitional housing. The company also provided accounting, human resource, it and other administrative services to several partner agencies at or below the cost of providing the services. By providing discount rates to the other non-profit organizations, they are able to provide more direct services to those in need. In 2011 direct subsidies were provided to martha's village and kitchen and toussaint youth villages.

Activity 3

The organization provides full service maintenance and security to partner agencies of st. Vincent de paul village and toussaint youth villages, as well as affordable housing locations where we are the general partner. Providing services ensures continuity and enables the organization to specifically train service providers in the best practice techniques for the situations that may arise. The maintenance and security contracts were transferred to st. Vincent de paul village as of 7/1/11.
