All contracts and vendors are chosen from multiple bids by qualified vendors. If a qualified vendor is the lowest and best option to the organization and is a related party to the Board or staff, the relationship is disclosed appropriately. Related parties may not participate or vote in such matters.”

“Periodically, an independent committee from the Board of Directors reviews the performance and salary of the Executive Director and the Program Director. The review is presented to the Executive Board for ratification and inclusion in the budget. The committee uses data for similarly qualified persons in comparable positions in comparably sized non-profit organizations to review salary levels.”

“Upon request, governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are made available by mail, electronically, or in person at the organization's offices.”
