“To maintain economic and environmental balances in ohio's agriculture through a cooperative partnership in government, private business and academia to enhance the quality of our natural resources for the benefit of all. The cap mission is to accelerate the adoption of the water quality improvements in defiance, fulton, henry, lucas, paulding, williams and wood counties.”

“Continued work on a great lakes commission (glc) grant that was awarded in october 2015. This grant was being used to retro-fit nutrient placement tools for phosphorus application. This is the final year of the grant. To date cap has been reimbursed 153,003. 66004.32 was repaid to the great lakes comission in march, 2019.”
