Hotel inc exists to break the cycles of poverty and homelessness and build self-sufficient households. The organization has been serving the improverished and homeless of warren county, kentucky (bowling green)since 1981. It has several programs that serve to meet their mission as well as connecting individuals and families to other resources in the community that may better serve them. Hotel inc's three largest program services to assist individuals in need, in order of largest to smallest, are (1)manna mart food pantry (2) care giving financial assistance and (3)street medicine/homeless services. These three programs are vital to the fulfillment of their mission statement.

Since 2018, hotel inc has been challenged to reframe our actions and role in loving our neighbor. We attempt to live out the principles of shalom- mutuality, participatory, holistic, mind, and impact-as we work alongside partners and neighbors. The impact of our work of wholistic partnership is measured with outcomes tied to the social determinants of health. We also measure the quality of life of our partners and the reduction of household poverty rates. Hotel inc's development work includes facilitating community growth in the delafield educational classes with personal goal development to help everone engaged in partnership to achieve stability in the areas of health, housing, and nutrition. Outputs: 1. Number of households served: 432 households with total of 745 members 2. Number of people in strac: 6 households with 8 members 3. Number of people in transitional housing: 7 households with 8 members 4. Number of people who exited transitional housing: 4 households with 8 members 5. Total navigator hours providing services: 3968 6. Number of individuals housed with assistance of hotel inc: 46 households with 86 individuals; 62 people assisted with homelessness prevention 7. Number of street medicine contacts made during roudns: 83 individuals delafield co-op market: 1. 275 members, 180 we members, 65% we members 2. An average of 55% of purchases were made by a west end member. 3. 25,431 in total sales after discounts applies. 2022 strategic plan accomplishments: 2022 year in review opening the delafield co-op market; remodeling and completing new construction on our facility; making significant progress in achieving our year 3 strategic plan goals; revitalizing street medicine through enhanced and exciting new partnerships; walking with participants in wholistic partnership as they obtained stability and began to work on long-term goals; assisting individuals impacted by the december 2021 tornadoes; getting to know neighbors through community events; and completing the two-year cohort for city shapers bg with other agencies and residents from across the city.”
