Mission

The community housing fund secures new sources of capital and makes those funds available in the form of flexible loans to community partners who create and preserve equitable and affordable homes and related community facilities in washington county. Loan products most frequently offered include pre-development, land acquisition, and bridge loans; technical support is also offered to sponsors and local jurisdictions.

To secure new sources of capital for nonprofit partners who develop housing for those of very low income.chf focuses on individuals and families not served by the mainstream market,including those with special needs,the disabled,and those with substance abuse issues.
