Upon completion of the return, an initial draft of the 990 is reviewed by the Executive Director and the Board Treasurer. Once the draft has been internally reviewed and any revisions made, a copy of the 990 is provided either in person or by email to all board members for approval prior to filing the return with the IRS.”
