Services include 24-hour accessible shelter, meals, onsite mental health, case management, education support, and recreation. Mobile teams provide services to youth in the community including outreach, case management, and support upon shelter exit. Youth residential programs: brittany's place, minnesota' largest shelter and program for female-identifying youth ages 10-20 experiencing sex trafficking. Triaged 435 calls and provided 123 youth with shelter or transitional living housing. Hope house is the only emergency shelter for homeless youth under age 18 in the twin cities southwest metro area. Operated in a partnership with open hands foundation, the shelter responded to 266 crisis calls and provided shelter to 74 youth. Von wald youth shelter is the only 24-hour shelter for youth under 18 spanning 22 counties in southeast/southern minnesota. 260 calls were triaged and 74 youth received shelter. St. Cloud youth shelter is the only 24-hour shelter for youth under 18 spanning 13 counties across north central minnesota. A $4.3 million major interior renovation was completed this year. 44 youth received shelter, less than in prior years due to construction.”

“Clifton place: launched in 1973 in minneapolis, clifton place is a first-stop residence providing housing, job placement, and housing connections for men exiting prison. 278 men were housed and participated in programming. 180 degrees entered into partnership with affordable housing provider beacon interfaith at great river landing (grl), a 72-unit building in minneapolis north loop. Beacon interfaith owns and operates the building while 180 degrees provides 24-hour services and structured programming. Clifton place and great river landing, both located in minneapolis, provide short term and permanent supportive housing with meals, job placement, support groups, and family reconnection. Columbus/franklin apartments. 40 people were housed at 180 degrees' deeply affordable residential program at columbus/franklin apartments.”
