Aftercare is a phase-based program; completion is not determined by the amount of time spent in the program, but rather the successful progression through each phase. Each phase consists of specific goals in personal and spiritual growth and community integration. Students participate in group classes, individual counseling, and life skills training. Additionally, the restoration landscaping endeavor provides another employment opportunity for students who have reached the graduate phase of the program. These men work alongside a landscaping director learning valuable job skills that will follow them into their future.”
