Delegation of management duties to management company dna outsources its general administration, membership, publications, meetings and financial services to an independent management service company, including the position of executive director (non-voting member of the board). During 2015, dna transitioned from one management company to another company. Management fees paid to the first management company totaled $442,666 for the tax year ended, and transition/consulting fees paid to the other management company totaled $42,514.
