Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Uncertain tax positions under asc 740 gaap requires entities to evaluate, measure, recognize and disclose any uncertain income tax positions taken on their tax returns. Gaap prescribes a minimum threshold that a tax position is required to meet in order to be recognized in the financial statements. The association believes that it had no uncertain tax positions as defined in gaap.

THE ROLE OF PREGNANCY AND MELANOMA, PERSONAL PREVENTION STRATEGIES FOR PATIENTS, WHAT THE DERMATOLOGY NURSE CAN DO TO ADVOCATE FOR COMMUNITY PREVENTION TACTICS SUCH AS THE SUNAWARE PROGRAM, WITH HEALTH FAIRS, INVOLVEMENT WITH SCHOOL HEALTH CURRICULUM, AND IMPLEMENTING MASS SKIN CANCER SCREENINGS. [5] LPN WORKSHOP - THIS PROGRAM OFFERED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DNA ANNUAL CONVENTION INCLUDED A DISCUSSION OF THE SCOPE OF PRACTICE OF THE LPN/LVN WITH SPECIFICS AS THEY PERTAIN TO DERMATOLOGY PRACTICE AND REVIEW OF SURGICAL PROCEDURES, WOUND CARE, AND TELEPHONE TRIAGE RESPONSIBILITIES.
