THE FEES FOR SUCH SERVICES VARY. FOR EXAMPLE, STEELE IS ENTITLED TO A DEVELOPMENT FEE TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY ISSUING LOW-INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS WITH RESPECT TO A PARTICULAR PROJECT ON WHICH STEELE HAS SECURED SUCH CREDITS ON THE ORGANIZATION'S BEHALF.
