The december 31, 2023 form 990 reported net assets and changes in net assets for community housing concepts, inc. (the entity) and its wholly owned subsidiaries. Balance sheet net assets and changes in net assets for the entity's minority interests were eliminated in excess of the entity's noncontrolling interest. A consolidated audit is prepared for the entity and its subsidiaries including the noncontrolling interests in accordance with gaap. For the year ended december 31,2024, form 990 reports the net assets for the entity and its subsidiaries consistent with the consolidated audited financial statements. The amount on form 990, part xi, line 9 represents net assets conversion to agree to the consolidated audit financial statement.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The corporation is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and state income tax and has been classified as an other than private foundation. Accordingly, no provision for federal and state taxes on revenue and income has been recognized in the accompanying financial statements. Generally, the federal and state tax returns were subject to examinations from the three years after the later of the original or extended due date or the date filed by the applicable tax authority.
