Colonel Properties delegates control of management duties to Del-Mor Dwellings Corp., (a related tax exempt organization) which sponsored the development of Colonel Properties. Colonel Properties pays a HUD approved management fee to Del-Mor Dwellings Corp. This relationship is based on a property management agreement executed between the two entities prior to the project being put into service in 2007.
