Second start is a private non-profit educational organization that offers a wide variety of programs designed to improve the economic and educational well-being of new hampshire residents. Second start is the lead agency in a coordinating effort to integrate our immigrants into the concord community.

Second start is a non-profit organization committed to improving the economic and educational well being of new hampshire residents. Our goal is to help people become more productive workers, family members and community citizens.
