Mission

The organization is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the common areas and facilities within the 4,250 acre property comprising single family homes and 56 sub-associations made up of townhomes and apartments.

The Association is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the common areas and facilities within the Association. Significant common property includes seven recreation centers, six swimming pools and four tennis courts. The maintenance of the recreation center, swimming pools, and tennis courts provide an essential public benefit.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 4: Description of Significant Changes to Organizational Documents

Two amendments were passed at the annual meeting in March 2018. The first change was to outline procedures to elect board members by mail. The second was to make it clear that MTA has no obligation to provide security measures for every member's home.

Management reviews the conflict of interest policy on a yearly basis. If there is a potential conflict there is a discussion among board members and if necessary board member will recuse themselves from the discussion.

The Board reviews compensation of the top management officials annually. The review is based upon industry salary guide and budget of the association.
