Authorization, approval or ratification offers if a majority of the directors on the board of directors or on the committee, who have no direct or indirect interest in the transaction vote to authorize. The organization has a transparent relationship with all board members. If any conflict were to arise, it would be disclosed almost immediately.”

Our diverse range of repertoire, which we perform at the highest level of artistic excellence, continued to advance our mission to enrich lives through the power of music.
