Tax years 2016 through 2019 are open for examination by federal and state taxing authorities. Management has evaluated its tax position for years ended december 31, 2017 through 2020 in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the united states and has determined its tax positions are more likely than not to be upheld upon audit.
