Tax years 2012 through 2015 are open for examination by federal and state taxing authorities. Management has evaluated its tax positions for years ended september 30, 2013 through 2016 in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the united states and has determined its tax positions are more likely than not to be upheld upon audit.
