All white river housing association board members have signed conflict of interest statements that are kept on file. At board meeting, the board address issues related to conflict of interest as they arise. The conflict of interest policy is strictly monitored. Although it is rare that we need to enforce it, when appropriate, we insure no conflict of interest with any board members.
