EVENTS INCLUDE A 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION, THE TORCHLIGHT PARADE AND RUN, A MILK CARTON BOAT RACE AND A WEEKEND SUMMER FESTIVAL THAT INCLUDES AN AIR SHOW, HYDROPLANE RACES AND OTHER ENTERTAINMENT. THE FESTIVAL REMAINS THE FABRIC OF OUR COMMUNITY AND IS MADE POSSIBLE WITH THE HELP OF NEARLY 3,000 VOLUNTEERS.
