“In 2017, spring forest qigong institute (sfqi) continued the programs established in 2016 by continuing to have its' hired instructors go out into underserved communities to teach people spring forest qigong and its' benefits. The instructors held practice groups and taught level 1 and level 2 classes. Learning materials were purchased and given away free to program participants. Over 50 people continued to be trained in level 1 & level 2 classes, and over 200 people attended practice group sessions. Over 100 lives were impacted through spring forest qigong techniques.”
