Sfqi hired instructors to go to underserved communities and teach them the benefits of spring forest qigong, hold practice groups and to teach level 1 & level 2 classes. Learning materials were purchased by sfqi and given away free to program participants. 58 people trained in levels 1 & 2, 5 presentations to the community, 260 attendees at practice group sessions and 120 lives impacted through access to spring forest qigong techniques.”
