Activity 2

Drug rehabilitation, bhp - offering adult behavioral services and opioid and substance abuse treatment. Substance abuse treatment includes outpatient counseling and medication services. Emphasis is placed on recognizing and providing services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues. Valle expanded some of its adult services in the far east and far west areas of maricopa to better serve recipients in those area. An adult services program, crisis navigator, helps bridge the gap between crisis services and outpatient services while making an effort to prevent future non-emergency use of crisis services. The program touched the lives of over 800 adults in need following a crisis situation. The adults are connected to community resources for basic needs, behavioral health services, and community opportunities. Pathways to independence is another adult services program. Pathways to independence focuses on young adults from the ages of 18-21. This program has grown to accommodate 45 young adults. The program works with the young adults to address critical needs of housing, education, employment, community life and well being. The program helps young adults learn about themselves and opportunities in the community to develop into healthy happy adults.

Activity 3

Title 36 - title 36 program is operated to screen individuals in crisis in yapvapai county and provide court ordered evaluation services. During 2012 the program screened over 400 individuals in northern arizona and provided 24 hour 7 day a week residential sub acute facility in prescott valley facility.
